Republicans Admit Whatever Democrats Do is Wrong

Every day is opposite day!
DC, Washington, USA
- Smooth Operator's source deep within the Republican Party (an unemployed college student who hides in a bathroom stall in the Capital Building and eavesdrops on conversations) has learned a startling truth about the Republican Party that has the potential to cause a mass exoduses of support for the GOP.
Multiple high ranking Republican Senators and Representatives have openly admitted, while chatting on cell phones or to other patrons sharing the bathroom, that they simply view whatever the Democrats do as wrong and whatever the opposite of that is as right. The goal of the Republics has shifted focus from national security or improving the lives of its citizens to an all out attempt to discredit the Democrats no matter what they do.
Earlier this week the decision to order pepperoni pizza's lead to a two hour long filibuster by a Senior Republican Senator who is widely known to be a pepperoni pizza aficionado. Later Republicans opposed helping old ladies across streets, washing their hands after using the bathroom, and turning off the lights when everyone has left the room.
"It really doesn't matter what the Democrats propose," said our source. "Republics will oppose it and very likely filibuster about it too."
In light of this news, some Democrats have considered supporting the opposite positions they actually support in order to trick Republicans into voting for their true desires but there is fear that the Democratic majority in the House and Senate could inadvertently lead to the opposite version of proposals being enacted as law. ne

Plenty of Republican bashing going on too... Republicans attacking Dems for not getting anything done while at the same time doing everything in their power to ensure that nothing gets done.
